Pronounced: EYES-leigh


Eisley is Americanized from the Swiss surname Eisele. As a baby name, Eisley means "cheerful". It is also the name of a port in Star Wars called "Mos Eisley". A band from Texas were fans of SW and named their band "Eisley" so the name is becoming increasingly popular these days.

They are a great, great band and I really love this name. :]

Dear World,
I have kicked my husband out of our bedroom so that I can have some comfy time in my bed without being bothered with his constant programmer babbling. (He is taking a call with his business partner and they are discussing boring computer stuff.)
My lower back has decided it is going to slowly kill me with pain so I got out my handy dandy heating pad, made myself some tazo tea and am now cozy in my bed with my fan on and a bag of snikiddy baked fries...cheddar flavored:]
